Overview
Drivers are the backbone of Spectrum Foods and connect the company and its customers. Drivers typically report to the warehouse and assist in pulling orders until their runs are ready, at which time they drive a truck to multiple customer locations and deliver the products into various restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, schools, government bases, and more!
Responsibilities
- Drive and safely operate a truck that ranges from 12 feet to 26 feet in size.
- Pull inventory from stock locations and bring to the shipping area to prepare the products for delivery to customers.
- Lift items and cases of products in a safe manner to protect the employee’s body, while best fulfilling the needs of the company’s customers.
- Deliver items inside of customers facility, safely and intact.
- Interact in a polite and professional manner with customers.
- Follow the directions of management to prioritize customer needs and best service all customers.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) in a safe, efficient, and responsible manner.
- Work in a manner that is consistent with food safety practices to protect all consumers.
- Attend all required meetings of employees.
- Be available for overtime work, which is sometimes unannounced.
- Complete additional functions as required/needed by warehouse management.
Requirements
- Ability to work in the United States of America and be E-Verified.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
- Ability to communicate in basic English, satisfactory enough to navigate roads.
- Ability to successfully follow directions and assignments as given by management.

- Ability to lift up to 75 LBS.
- Ability to reach and lift products, in some situations, above your head safely.
- Ability to squat and lift products, in some situations, from the ground safely.
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT).
- Ability to work in different environments (hot, refrigerated, freezing, wet, etc.).
- Ability to adapt to unique and different situations and work well under stress.
- Ability to remain on your feet, whether walking or standing in the same area, for up to 6-8 hours a day.
- Have a clean driving record, allowing the company’s insurance to insure the driver.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education (GED)
- Must have a verifiable driving experience
- Must have Valid driver’s license
- Must have DOT Medical Examiner’s card
- Experience in the food service industry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish not required but preferred.

Overview:
The warehouse Selector set the foundation for Spectrum Foods’ success. Warehouse employees typically arrive to the warehouse sometime between 03:30 AM and 08:00 AM depending on their scheduled start and assist in preparing deliveries for the day until all orders have departed. After lunch, employees may continue to pull orders or be assigned to additional job functions that help the company conform to its’ own internal standards, the standards of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), as well as prepare the company for success the next day. Specific warehouse functions will be assigned at the discretion of management.
Responsibilities:
- Pull inventory from stock locations and bring to the shipping area to prepare the products for delivery to customers.
- Lift items and cases of products in a safe manner to protect the employee’s body, while best fulfilling the needs of the company’s customers.
- Prepare orders for delivery by restacking and shrink-wrapping pallets to ensure safe transportation.
- Unload and load trucks on an as needed basis using powered industrial equipment (PIT) in a safe efficient manner.
- Follow the directions of management to prioritize customer needs and best service all customers.
- Remove trash as well as clean and sanitize certain areas of the warehouse daily.
- Restock inventory after shipping to prepare for the following day.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) in a safe, efficient, and responsible manner.
- Work in a manner that is consistent with food safety practices to protect all consumers.
- Attend all required meetings of employees.

As an Account Executive at Spectrum Foods, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and delivering outstanding service to our customers in a salary plus commission role. Once established, you’ll have the opportunity to transition fully to commission. While a passion for food is a plus, it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone who is hard-working, personable, and eager to connect with customers. Whether you’re new to the food industry or already have experience, you’ll find a supportive team ready to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships by accurately reading customer orders and ensuring their needs are met with excellent service.
- Visit at least 20 customers and prospects daily, logging all interactions into our CRM system.

Position Overview:
The Receiver is an essential role at Spectrum Foods, ensuring that our products are received into our ERP accurately, correctly, and timely so that the organization’s various stakeholders can perform their functions in the same manner.
Responsibilities:
- Enter receipts of inventory to our ERP, Food Connex, based upon bill of lading’s submitted from the receiving dock.
- Enter receipts at correct prices and coordinate with purchasers to resolve any discrepancies.
- Enter appropriate item adjustments when directed to by the purchasers.
- Alert purchasers when an issue has occurred, or a shipment varies from the purchase order in any fashion.
- Schedule and track all transfer trucks amongst various facilities for planned inventory needs.
- Follow up with our scheduler and purchasers on missing and late trucks.
- Maintain the company’s receiving manifest for various stakeholders and prepare it daily.
- Liaison with the accounting team to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies that arise.
- Attend all required meetings of employees.
- Complete additional functions as required/needed by warehouse management.
- Complete various other tasks as needed, related to inventory management.
