Danny O’Rourke
President
Danny has been with Keany since 2010, and has been the president of Spectrum since 2025. Danny oversees Spectrum’s inbound logistics, Quality Assurance and Inventory teams, and Keany and Spectrum’s full product line.
At home, Danny likes to play tennis, and spend time with his wife and three kids.
Josh Fanaroff
Vice President
Josh started his work with Spectrum Foods throughout summers in high school, working as a warehouse selector and delivery driver. After graduating from the University of Maryland, he began working for Amazon as an inbound area manager. After a year working there, he returned to Spectrum Foods.
In his day-to-day duties, Josh provides support in many different areas such as IT, finance, inventory control, facility management, and food safety, just to name a few. He has overseen the implementation of various projects and process changes and enjoys the challenge and uniqueness of his job.
In his free time, Josh enjoys playing with his young children, watching 30 Rock with his wife, trying local restaurants, and rooting for the Maryland Terrapins and Baltimore and Washington sports.
